Processia Solutions selects Actify’s SpinFire for VPMViz

MONTREAL, Canada— Septmeber 29, 2003—Processia Solutions, a leader in providing PLM services for ENOVIA, SMARTEAM and CATIA suite of products from Dassault Syst¿mes, announces that it has selected technology from Actify to act as the 2D/3D CAD embedded viewer of VPMViz, the 3D portal to ENOVIA VPM data. Unlike other applications, which offer you a large amount of unused functions, VPMViz is a simple, straight to the point solution, to query your ENOVIA VPM database, sample parts and models information and view 3D and 2D CATIA models.

 œAfter a thorough evaluation of various 2D/3D CAD viewing solutions, we have chosen to integrate Actify in our .NET application because of its simplicity and flexibility” said Philippe Hammond, director of R&D at Processia Solutions.

In order to commercialize VPMViz and with visualization technology from Actify, both companies have signed a distribution agreement that will give Processia Solutions the right to sell Actify products and to integrate Actify technology in its software products.
