User Defined Coordinate Systems
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif— August 5,
2003—Actify,
the leader in client-server design visualization and collaboration
solutions for the high tech, industrial automation and discrete
manufacturing industries, today announced new enhancements to
its award winning SpinFire CAD Visualization Solution. With
the enhancements made to SpinFire Professional 2003 it is now

SpinFire Professional 2003 enables knowledge workers
to visualize the CAD files they need without the expense of owning
and maintaining multiple CAD systems. The award winning SpinFire
Professional provides support for all the major CAD systems and
a full suite of mark-up and dimensioning tools. SpinFire
Professional accelerates the process for estimating, quoting,
design, shop floor viewing and quality control review.

place to anticipate the needs of our customers and the ability
to quickly deliver new functionality and quality service through
a dedicated and focused worldwide value-added reseller channel.”
œThe
new functionality in Actify's SpinFire Professional 2003 will
allow us to do analysis faster which will in turn get our designs
and products to market faster,” said Tibor Toreki, vice president
of Advanced Technology for Delta Tooling. œThis
will not only aid our bottom line but will help us more quickly
meet the needs of our customers.” He further says, œ Actify seems
to be widening their lead in viewing technology even further. The
new stylistic interface is both pleasing to the eye and extremely
intuitive, accomplishing what has rarely been done in software;
adding increased functionality while reducing user complexity. This
