Actify to Support CATIA V5 through Relationship and Products from Spatial

Westminster, Colo and SAN FRANCISCO, Calif— May 6, 2003—Actify, Inc., the leader in client-server CAD viewing solutions for the discrete manufacturing industry announced today that it has signed an agreement with Spatial, a Dassault Systèmes S.A. company (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) and market-leading provider of world-class 3D subsystems, to enable Actify's SpinFire¹ family of products to support CATIA^® V5.

 The agreement with Spatial provides Actify with native translation technology that enables Actify to deliver a CATIA V5 "importer". Actify's CAD importers are modules that enable its SpinFire Professional and Actify Server software to open CAD files without the use of a CAD system. Importers open and read files from all major CAD systems, and they publish files from all major CAD systems into Actify's compact, secure and shareable .3D file format.
