ACTIFY AND ACADIS ANNOUNCE EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP

Agreement Allows Actify to Broaden its European Distributor Network
Throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif — February 10, 2004— Actify Inc., the leader in client-server design visualization and collaboration solutions for the high technology, industrial automation and discrete manufacturing industries, today announced a strategic distribution partnership with ACADIS, one of the largest European distributors of technical solutions for manufacturers. Under the terms of the agreement, ACADIS will work with its 80+ resellers to distribute Actify's client/server CAD visualization solutions, SpinFire Professional and Actify Server, throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This agreement supports Actify's goal to build an extensive distribution network throughout Europe allowing the company's products to be available to all non-technical users, around the world, who need access to native 3D CAD data.

SpinFire Professional and Actify Server enable knowledge workers to visualize the CAD files they need without the expense of owning and maintaining multiple CAD systems. The award winning SpinFire Professional provides support for all major CAD systems and a full suite of mark-up and dimensioning tools. SpinFire Professional accelerates the process for estimating, quoting, design, shop floor viewing and quality control review.
